They start out by giving you a warm and friendly greeting and then it just gets better from there. The waiting room is clean and comfortable with a selection of free beverages to enjoy. They keep you updated on service progress in a timely fashion and have a fantastic system for their customers. They can text the information right to your phone. You click on the link and it shows everything about your service and pictures when appropriate. You can approve or decline any service reccomendations right from your phone. Very important to me….there was no pressure!! I felt like I was given all the information I needed to make a good decision without feeling like I was being pushed to do anything. Last but not least...price. For the level of quality and service I received, I felt their pricing was very fair. Service was performed was performed accurately and in a timely fashion. I am making this my go-to place for all my future car service needs .
