Kindness, Professionalism and Results. I was referred to D & E by a friend for some major repair work on my cars engine. I was met by Bill, one of the service writers and went over my concerns. He had the car diagnosed in a day and I went ahead with the repairs. Had a small hiccup when I got the car back and returned to the shop the same day. I was immediately met by Matt, the mechanic that did the work on my car who without question or attitude came right out to address and repair my concerns. (it turned out to be nothing). This is a solid shop with employees that CARE about what they are doing and will work with you to make things right.

First of I would like to say that Kayla is an amazing customer support person. They are always very lovely to speak to and always willing to answer all questions even if it takes a bit. The work provided is always top notch and they have my full confidence that when they say work needs to get done that I am not being lied to. I have taken my Hyundai to them multiple times and they always manage to get it fixed up. The pricing is always fair and given up front before work gets done to give you the opportunity to decide if you want to continue. I reccommend them to everyone when they have an issue with their cars.

I have been going to D&E for years! As a woman Aaron, the owner, always makes sure my concerns are heard and he always makes sure I understand everything about my car. Yesterday I went in for an oil change and his office staff was so friendly and welcoming! My oil change was done within an hour too so the fast service is always a huge bonus! They also offer financing if your repairs are out of your budget and they always work with you. I couldn’t ask for a better mechanic!

These guys are great. Took my car in to get my smog done and not only did they do it but the technician took extra time to check all my tires because my low tire light was on. It was the spare tire in the back that needed air. He fixed all my tires with the correct air pressure and now after months with that dash light on it's finally gone! Very friendly in the office as well. Thank you so much. I highly recommend them.
