As a Mechanic in the field for almost 22 years rarely am I impressed by a shop or a shops owner. Aaron the (owner of the shop), Kirsten the friendly face at the counter, and the skilled technicians Estabon and Anthony have left a lasting mark on me ! The quality of work is of the highest caliber and not only that , the quality assurance that is standard operating procedure makes sure that all repairs are done right and that the customer is informed on every aspect of their vehicle. The multi-point inspections aren’t for up-selling they are to make sure every aspect of your vehicle is safe for use and that you know about it. The software they use allows customers to see pictures of what’s wrong instead of just trusting the techs opinion , and their text based customer service makes auto repairs as easy as ordering dinner. As a Chico native you have a lot of choices when it comes to choosing a repair shop , but take it from someone in the industry and the many , many 5 star reviews , D & E is the place for me !!

Had another great experience with D and E Auto yesterday.Took my newly inherited truck in this time and had the oil changed and a they did a multi point vehicle inspection for me since its older with high mileage and I want to keep it in good running condition. It needed a brake fluid flush which I had done and it runs like a charm now. D and E auto is a family owned business and the thing I love best about them is that they care about you and your safety on the road in your vehicle.They go above and beyond to ensure the integrity of the repairs they perform on your vehicle, and that's why I wont take mine to anyone but D and E Auto.
