This is the second time I have taken my Range Rover to them for different mechanical issues, and got my vehicle back in great condition. The gal that runs the office, does very well with communication, and keeping the customer in the loop and clarifying issues. They definitely have more reasonable repair pricing than the dealership, and in my case, there is no dealership here, therefore I am glad this shop is in Chico and able to fix my vehicle.

Aaron and his team really helped me out of a jam! My daughter’s car broke down in Chico but I live in the Bay Area. They were always courteous when I called and figured out a way to resolve my situation without me actually being there. They were fantastic and I will definitely use them again!
