D&E Auto is great! Amazing customer service, very thorough in their work AND communication. I am a teacher and I commute to work, so the drop off had to be later at night. I was able to pull in, drop my key off into their key slot, and leave my car there. It was very safe! I was in need of a 90k check in/tune up for my car and was impressed with how communicative they were with everything they found and needed to be done. They can update you through text which was easier for me with my schedule, and they also texted a link to show me everything they found which was also prioritized! I was then able to Accept/Decline whichever jobs I wanted to be done that day. The link with Their findings also came with PICTURES, which was really nice and showed their transparency. I was very taken care of, and will be back if needed! They also have Keurig coffee ready for you if you needed a little boost! :)

I like how they well they communicate and that they offer pictures with their estimates. They found an issue on my first visit that another large auto repair shop missed after three visits! They seem to care about what they do and try to be really thorough. I appreciate that.
