Chico Auto Repair

I've gone to D & E twice now. I had the MOST pleasurable experience anyone could possibly have when having to fork out unexpected expenses due to car trouble. I was referred to D & E Auto Repair by CarMax as they were one of only 2 shops in Chico to partner with the CarMax "MaxCare" warranty. This just meant that anything that my warranty covered could be repaired here at no cost to me, aside from my $100 deductible. And the parts/maintenance that was not included in my warranty (battery/Spark Plugs) was fairly priced. D & E Auto Repair is newly owned by Aaron, who was EXTREMELY polite, has tip-top customer service skills and is a knowledgeable young mechanic! Thanks Aaron!

My wife had some work done on her car by D&E and really likes Aaron so when I needed service done on my car, I asked her if she would make an appointment for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I received. Customer service is paramount and it's not common in so many places. At D&E it is very apparent. Our cars are running well and will not hesitate to bring all our cars there for service of any kind and I would highly recommend them for your auto needs.

So me(vw jetta) and my girlfriend(ford fiesta) are both international students at chico state and we tried out 3 repair shops in Chico. But all of them were trying to take advantage of us and saying prices that were too much. But we went to D&E last two times and they were honest and fair priced. I highly recommend d&e for anyone, i promise they will be welcoming, friendly, responsible, and most importantly fair priced!

My 42 year old Corvette would not start, so I had it towed to D&E. Aaron found the problem and had it back on the road the next day. This was my second problem fixed by D&E and both experiences deserved a 5 star rating. I highly recommend D&E!

Called to get an oil change and was quoted $5000 (he was kidding). He got me in quickly, did the oil change in the time it took me to walk the dog and charged a really fair price for my F150 that takes 9 quarts of synthetic. Thanks Aaron!
